You will manage paid acquisition strategies across major advertising platforms, using data and experimentation to maximize campaign performance.
The role combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic analysis across customer acquisition, attribution, and conversion optimization.
You will work across competitive consumer categories and have the opportunity to influence growth through measurable, data-driven decisions.
Success requires a strong understanding of performance metrics, tracking infrastructure, and the dynamics of scaling profitable campaigns.

Accountabilities
Develop, launch, manage,



and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for e-commerce and DTC brands across relevant advertising platforms.
Manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other emerging paid media channels as appropriate.
Build and execute testing strategies for audiences, creatives, offers, bidding approaches, and campaign structures to identify scalable growth opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and profitability, making data-driven adjustments to budgets, targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
Analyze key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and attribution data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and growth strategies for e-commerce brands.
Support profitable scaling of campaigns while maintaining appropriate efficiency and return-on-ad-spend targets.
