The EHS Leader will be responsible for leading all aspects of environment, health and safety (EHS) program implementation, compliance and risk mitigation at JFWTC Bangalore. This Role Impacts the projects and programs at the site & across all GE Aerospace owned labs & functional areas. Responsible to maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team with significant inputs into site priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has medium/high autonomy & requires high levels of operational judgment with SQDC framework.

Role Overview:
Drive EHS strategy & excellence culture at the site to ensure Safety.
Provide leadership and guidance in implementing & sustaining GE Aerospace's global EHS expectations & Frame Work at the site.
Develop proactive EHS programs to maintain a safe work setting at the site.
Provide leadership & Technical Expertise on all EHS related issues.
