Job Description
Senior Manager - Total RewardsThe Senior Manager – Total Rewards will be responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits, global mobility programs, and long-term incentive (LTI) plans across the organization. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, governance, employee experience, and stakeholder management across domestic and international locations.
The incumbent will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Payroll, Tax, and external service providers to administer employee benefit programs, manage global mobility processes, and oversee the end-to-end administration of ESOP plans. The role also supports Total Rewards strategy through analytics, process improvements, benchmarking, and policy development.

QUALIFICATION:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related discipline.
•Master's degree/MBA preferred.
•Skilled certifications such as CA, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits or related certifications will be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
•8+ years of progressive experience in Benefits, Global Mobility and LTI administration.
•Experience in administering employee stock plans within a listed organization.
•Strong understanding of employee benefits, mobility practices, compensation governance, and reward operations.
•Knowledge of Indian labour laws, taxation, SEBI regulations, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI guidelines, and international mobility compliance.
•Experience working with stock transfer agents, trustees, payroll, finance, and legal
