Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced candidate who has extensive knowledge of C&I; item rates, proficiency in cost estimation for Design & Build and General Contracting projects, and AutoCAD/Cost X skills for quantity take-offs. They should collaborate effectively, provide accurate and timely estimates, and possess strong communication skills. Experience in corporate interior projects, value engineering, and BOQ formulation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately assess and estimate project costs for Design & Build and General Contracting projects based on drawings, requirements, and BOQs
Perform detailed quantity take-offs using AutoCAD/COST X for corporate interior projects
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure cost estimates align with desired outcomes
Provide timely and accurate cost estimates, adhering to strict deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
Maintain comprehensive executed project
