This role provides daily operational support to Randstad recruiters and sales associates related to time and expense capture with a high sense of urgency. This critical role requires coordination with field partners to ensure timely processing of talent
The success of the role will be driven by:
● Clarity of work and training provided to the offshore team
● Quality and timeliness of feedback especially during ramp-up
● Regular review of the effort and outcomes between onshore and offshore teams
● In addition to training, job aids to assist offshore team
● Timeliness and accuracy of data provided in the prepped recon.
The inclusion of the offshore team in daily huddles and regular communication
Key Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for total administrative processes for talent and clients related to time capture:
Run daily and weekly time audit reports to ensure all expected talent hours are received.
Responsible for processing received timecards via email or other time entry tools accurately to pay talent and bill clients. This includes entering time in RFO and closing Peoplenet and WTE clocks.
Perform daily time entry validations to ensure accuracy of time entry for manual timecards.
