Job Description: Software Technical Consultant
Exhibits advanced wide-ranging experience, using in-depth professional knowledge, acumen, concepts and company objectives to develop, resolve complex models and procedures. Provides solutions to issues in creative and effective ways. Understands the interrelationships of different disciplines. Directs the application of existing principles and guides development of new policies and ideas.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science,
Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in software development.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in server-side programming with Java. Expertise in Java, J2EE, SQL, and a passion for clean, productive, and maintainable code
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and coding standards, with a focus on scalability and security. Proven ability to mentor junior developers and guide teams toward best practices.
Extensive experience interacting with executive-level stakeholders (VP, SVP) and customers.
Knowledge of PLM software, particularly Windchill and AI Tooling, is a strong advantage.
Application Security understanding and implementable architecture solutions.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GIT.
Excellent communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
