Position Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide remote end-user support for Bridgenext clients in Microsoft environments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:




Assisting end-users with drive mapping, logins, application access
Applications support (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive)
General troubleshooting in corporate enterprise environments
Resolving users issues in an efficient and skilled manner
Workplace: Providing support between the hours of 3AM ET until 12PM ET, adjusted during Daily Savings Time period
Must Have Skills:
Proficient in using ITSM sytems such as: ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Jira and others
Skilled in the use of RMM (Remote Monitoring Management) tools
Working experience with Microsoft Intune
At least 2 years support experience working with Microsoft M365
Minumum of 2 year Associates Degree in IT/MIS or simular disicpline or equivalent working experience of at least 5 years

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Has a strong sence of urgency
Excellent team and individual
