As the Head of NAB Bereavement services,
you play a pivotal role in realising NAB’s vision to be the most customer-centric company in Australia and New Zealand. Your role leads a team to bring our vision to life by:
•Leading a large operational function across the end-to-end bereavement journey, encompassing customer support, case management, fulfilment, and ongoing servicing activities.
