We will count on you to:
• Assists candidates regarding interview scheduling, special assessment scheduling and travel
coordination if needed; requires securing appropriate business approvals, completing travel request
forms, and submitting the required information to MMCo Corporate Travel for approval and set up
candidate travel; follows up with candidate regarding travel contact and Candidate Travel Expense
Forms.
• Manages and updates the pre-boarding routes and processes, and documents as needed; partners
with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP’s) to ensure new hire temporary paperwork has been
provided, signed and returned, as well as follow up with full time hires regarding missing or incomplete
documentation during pre-boarding process.
• Tracks invoices related to background checks, special assessments, agency hire invoices, and personal
candidate travel; follows up on invoices with National Accounting Center (NAC), as appropriate for
invoices.
• Ensures New Hire data integrity; identifies missing or incomplete documentation for new hires, based
on data integrity reporting; reviews and analyzes data and provides recommendation to ensure process
improvement and efficiency.
• Liaises with the HR Operations team to ensure all required information is gathered and data is
complete.
• Develops and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), case tracking accuracy, operational
oversight, communications, and documentation to support HRS quality initiatives.
• Ensures operations team adheres to compliance/regulatory/company policies to ensure Company
compliance and minimize risk.
• Collaborates with internal HRS departments as well as HR partners and COEs to ensure efficient and
effective service delivery.
What you need to have:
• Post/Graduate in any stream, (HR stream is an add on advantage)
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a large professional organization in TA Operations or Recruitment
