This is a hands-on solutions role focused on optimizing the technology that supports revenue generation and professional services delivery. You will serve as a functional expert across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), and Certinia PSA. The role spans product configuration, pricing, quoting, subscriptions, project management, billing, and revenue processes. You will help ensure data flows reliably across Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and related business systems. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, data quality, reporting, and the experience of sales and qualified services teams. Accountabilities
Own and optimize Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced configurations, including product catalogs, complex bundles,



option constraints, configuration attributes, pricing structures, discount schedules, contract pricing, and advanced pricing rules.
Configure and maintain quote templates, guided selling experiences, subscription lifecycles, amendments, co-terming processes, and automated renewal logic.
Support migration and modernization initiatives involving legacy Salesforce CPQ configurations and Revenue Cloud Advanced frameworks.
Administer Certinia Professional Services Cloud/PSA, including project structures, milestones, resource management, time and expense tracking, billing, and revenue recognition.
Configure and maintain resource requests, skills matrices, utilization analytics, multicurrency settings, ledger configurations, and financial data mappings.
Support integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and HubSpot, ensuring CPQ quotes, project billing information, leads, opportunities, orders, and inv
