Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery at the branch level, ensuring seamless customer experience
Manage and lead a team of frontline staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance and operational efficiency
Collaborate with other teams within the Consumer Banking Group to identify and address customer needs and pain points




Analyze branch performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the bank's distribution and service capabilities
Requirements
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
Demonstrated experience in implementing operational policies and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
