Role Summary




We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Inventory Executive to manage procurement activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely material availability to support seamless manufacturing and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, purchase orders, and timely material procurement.
Own inventory planning and control by maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring uninterrupted material availability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Stores, Finance, and other stakeholders to support project execution and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records, generate MIS reports, and drive process compliance and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and vendor relationship management.
