As a Sales Advisor - Sales Operations, you will be responsible for:
Leading sales force effectiveness initiatives, productivity analysis, resource allocation, territory optimization, sales incentive programs, Salesforce CRM governance, commercial planning, forecasting, and Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) processes.



Serve as the ITO focal point for business reviews and ensure data integrity across commercial and enterprise systems (CRM, SFDC, ERP, and related platforms).
Managing products, services, and solutions that require in-depth technical expertise and understanding of customer operating environments. Provide technical and commercial guidance to support customer requirements and business growth objectives.
Driving complex sales opportunities involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Develop commercially competitive proposals by integrating technical, economic, operational, logistical, and financial considerations.
Own and manage strategic customer relationships for designated product lines, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
Collaborating closely with technical, operational, and commercial teams to address customer requirements, evaluate local market conditions, and develop growth strategies.
