The Insurance Marketing Specialist will own the development and management of marketing collateral designed to support independent insurance agents.
This role combines insurance knowledge, marketing expertise, content development, and project coordination in a fully remote environment.
You will create transparent, compelling materials that help agents understand, position, and sell property and casualty insurance products.
Working closely with sales, product, legal, underwriting, and other stakeholders, you will ensure every asset is accurate, compliant, current, and on-brand.
The role also provides an opportunity to directly influence agent engagement by turning field needs and product updates into effective marketing resources.
Success requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and approval workflows.




You will collaborate with US-based teams while working from India, with a schedule that combines core US-hours overlap and flexible IST hours.

Accountabilities:
Create and manage marketing collateral: Coordinate, design, edit, update, and distribute agent-facing materials such as product sheets, presentations, flyers, customer-facing resources, and sales collateral across multiple lines of business.
Maintain product accuracy: Keep a strong working knowledge of insurance products and incorporate rate changes, appetite updates, product revisions, and other business changes into relevant materials.
Support agent-to-customer selling: Develop resources that help independent agents clearly communicate product value and benefits to homeowners and other customers.
Manage reviews and approvals: Coordinate stakeholder feedback and review processes with sales, product, legal, underwriting, and other teams to ensure content remains accurate,
