Senior Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement
The Senior Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement is responsible for executing and scaling Mastercard's channel sales and partnerships operating model through process optimization, system enhancements, operational governance, enablement, and partner program management.

The role works across multiple functions, including Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Operations, to coordinate initiatives, drive improvements,



and ensure effective execution of strategic priorities. The successful candidate will identify business needs, gather stakeholder requirements, develop business cases, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes, systems, tools, and partner programs that support channel growth and operational excellence. The role also supports partnership sales activities by enabling effective partner engagement, operational execution, and scalable go-to-market processes.
