They are responsible for understanding our business requirements and configuring the Oracle Cloud HCM system to meet those needs. This role is essential in ensuring that the Recruitment processes are effectively supported by the Oracle Cloud HCM solution, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand Oracle Recruitment Cloud requirements.




Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules related to Oracle Recruitment Cloud ensuring alignment with business needs.
Participate in the design and implementation of Oracle Recruitment Cloud processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the functionality and performance of Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
Provide guidance and support to end users in utilizing Oracle Recruitment Cloud features within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
Participate in project planning and management activities related to Oracle Recruitment Cloud implementations.
