Overview
The Disputes Solutions team is looking for a Senior Specialist,



Product Owner to help shape and deliver Mastercard's next-generation disputes platform. This individual will play a critical role in defining product requirements, driving feature development, and ensuring the platform can successfully support both global capabilities and regional market needs across Mastercard's worldwide network.
Based in Pune, this role will be embedded within a cross-functional product and engineering organization, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, UX Designers, Data Scientists, Operations teams, and Regional stakeholders. The successful candidate will help evolve a scalable global platform while supporting the flexibility needed to address localized business requirements, regulatory considerations, customer expectations, and market-specific operational processes.
