We are seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist to join the Cloud Operations team, supporting cloud environments that virtualise network functions within Vodafone’s core network. This role focuses on operating and enhancing multi-vendor cloud platforms, managing incidents, implementing security controls, supporting platform lifecycle activities, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple markets to ensure resilient and efficient cloud servicesWhat you’ll do
Manage and support cloud platforms including VMware vSphere, VMware Tanzu, VMware NSX, and Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution (CNIS).
Support storage and network technologies within a complex cloud workplace.
Troubleshoot platform issues, manage incidents, and perform error resolution activities for critical services.
