Accountabilities:




Act as a primary communications partner for regional and functional stakeholders, providing guidance and support for cross-functional initiatives and translating enterprise priorities into audience-appropriate messaging.
Partner closely with enterprise communications teams to ensure consistency of messaging while adapting communications for regional and functional audiences.
Support the creation and activation of employee communities, including regional and functional groups, to strengthen connection, knowledge sharing, and consistent communication.
Guide stakeholders in applying communication frameworks, standards, channel strategies, and best practices to their day-to-day communications.
Advise stakeholders on messaging, structure, timing, and channel selection, balancing enterprise consistency with local requirements and audience needs.
