About the Role
The Senior Manager – Parts Planning & Procurement will lead end-to-end parts supply for in-house refurbishment operations and aftersales requirements. The role involves, developing sourcing strategies for multi-brand, multi-model parts, building supplier partnerships, and driving the aftermarket business for DriveX-branded parts and supplies — with a strong focus on operational excellence, cost optimization, and inventory planning. Business horizon covers around maintaining 20K SKUs and serving more than 100 MMVs. This position works closely with the Production Manager and Warehouse Manager to align parts planning and procurement with operational needs.

Procurement & Supplier Development
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for multi-brand, multi-model automotive spare parts.
Build and expand a solid supplier ecosystem across OEM distributors, OES suppliers, and aftermarket vendors.
Parts planning and order management to meet production and aftersales parts requirements.
Drive supplier performance reviews on quality, cost, delivery, fill-rate, and service metrics.




Identify alternate sourcing opportunities to reduce dependency and optimize parts cost.
Lead the parts development and sourcing activities for DriveX branded parts with channel partner.
Parts Planning, Cataloguing & database management
Build demand forecasting models based on sales trends, consumption, and refurbishment patterns to drive stocking policies — reorder levels, safety stock, EOQ, and replenishment.
Own and maintain the parts master database across all brands, ensuring accurate part numbers, descriptions, upgrade as per OEM changes, and MMV mapping.
Maintain OEM references, OES information and cross-reference data for accurate part identification.
Establish and manage pricing and discount structure for all parts procured from dealers and suppliers.
Parts Sales Support
Ensure timely parts availability to support retail sales, workshops, refurbishment centres, service operation
