Duties & responsibilities
• Understand business and ensures there is integration between business
and technology
• Work closely with the operations and technical teams and is a major
contributor to the requirements specification deliverable




• Support the account director to drive Annual account plan across various
function
• Drive and track India level KPI’s for the account
• Support the IFM team in driving change management on major projects
and become a single point of contact for operational related updates to
the client
• Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various
databases and data interpretation
• Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future
standard
• Data custodian & controller for all strategic decisions
• Trend analysis and aligning with account management team
• Technology Tools including Helpdesk – Trending and Analytics
• Deliver output files for reports and dashboards
• Managing transition of Technology tools between Global and Local teams
• Sign off on data roadworthiness
• Facilitate Reporting on compliances
• Seek and collate data for analytics
• Generate MIS and reports as per management requireme
