Scope
Design and implement certificate lifecycle management in ServiceNow
Establish certificate discovery and inventory processes
Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft ADCS
Configure request, renewal, revocation, and expiry workflows
Define certificate ownership and CMDB relationships
Build monitoring, notifications, dashboards, and reporting
Develop governance, operational processes, and supporting documentation
Skills
Solid ServiceNow build and support experience (CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Flow Designer)
Handson experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management
Microsoft ADCS administration and integration expertise
Experience implementing certificate management solutions
Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices
Ability to work independently and lead design workshops (with DevSecOps, Identify and Access Management, Cyber, Managed Cloud/ Infra teams)
