HIRING | LITIGATION MANAGER – RERA SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Manager with robust expertise in RERA and Real Estate litigation. The candidate will lead the RERA practice and handle legal matters for promoters, developers, homebuyers and real estate agents.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
5–8 years of litigation and non-litigation experience
Minimum 2 years of strong MahaRERA/Real Estate experience
In-depth knowledge of RERA Act, 2016 and Maharashtra RERA rules
Experience with MahaRERA Authority and RERA Appellate Tribunal
Knowledge of Bombay High Court procedures
Strong legal drafting and courtroom representation skills
LLB/LLM from a recognized Indian university
Enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represent clients before MahaRERA, REAT and Bombay High Court
• Handle refund, possession delay and force majeure disputes
• Strategize hearings, arguments and legal proceedings
• Draft complaints, replies, rejoinders, appeals and petitions
• Handle recovery warrants and property attachment matters
• Provide legal opinions on RERA judgments and compliance
• Conduct due diligence on project approvals, land titles and litigation
• Advise developers and investors on RERA compliance
• Manage client portfolios and case calendars
• Mentor junior advocates and review legal documentation
