Job Purpose:
'The Zonal Head – Affordable Mortgage Loans is responsible for leading and managing sales of the Affordable Mortgage product across the branch network within the designated zone. The incumbent is expected to drive both business growth and collections in alignment with defined targets and standards, while consistently upholding the bank’s customer-first philosophy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
'• Drive sales for the assigned zone in line with defined business targets, ensuring growth is accompanied by robust asset portfolio quality.
• Build a sustainable and high-quality asset book while maintaining the required levels of collection efficiency.
Secondary Responsibilities:
'• Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, encourage digital adoption across teams, and embed a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Qualifications: Graduate
