Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Finance Applications Analyst (Workday) to support finance systems,
ensure data reliability, and drive continuous improvements across enterprise finance platforms such as Workday, FIS, and Bloomberg.
This role acts as the first point of contact for finance system issues and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of month-end and quarter-end close cycles. The ideal candidate will combine solid functional finance knowledge with technical expertise in finance applications, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Application Support & Incident Management
Act as the primary point of contact for finance system issues, especially within Workday Financials.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with clear communication and documentation.
Manage tickets through closure using tools like Service Now, Jira, or equivalent.
