A. STRATEGIC
● Contribute in developing Business Strategy by analysing market trends, competitor activities, growth opportunities and customer feedback
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
● Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
B. OPERATIONAL
● Regularly connect (cold calling / meet / emailers)
with Architects, Designers, and Contractors to promote lighting solution / Soft Sales and create a lead pipeline
● For Exhibitions / Events, collate the database based on participants, follow up on the prospective leads and analyse the conversion rates for effective value creation out of Marketing spends
● Handle walk-in customers, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
● Responding to the leads (from all sources) on timely basis and ensure optimum conversion
● Jointly monitor with Manager Project Sales, the Targets of the Project Sales Vertical and recommend / execute proactive steps for achievement of the same
● Actively promote sales of slow and Non Moving inventory
● Assist and execute on a case to case basis in preparing / presenting quotations.
● Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery.
