About the Role
Resillion is seeking an experienced Global IT & Compliance Specialist to join its Global IT organisation. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for a technically robust professional who operates above day-to-day delivery, providing architectural oversight, policy accuracy, and compliance-aligned implementation across Global IT.
The role is split approximately 60–70% core IT architecture and technical role and 30–40% internal compliance enablement with guidance from IT Head. The Associate Architect acts as a bridge between IT Infrastructure, Service Operations, and the Compliance function, ensuring that policies, controls, and technical implementations are accurate, practical, and audit-ready.
This role does not replace core IT team members, but strengthens Global IT maturity by ensuring consistency, governance, and compliance-by-design across all IT domains.
