Role Overview:
Tredence is looking for a Director – Growth Partnership Lead to drive focused channel growth and strategic alliances, with a strong emphasis on hyperscaler ecosystems (Microsoft, AWS) and emerging data/AI partners.
This role will own end-to-end partnership strategy, GTM, and revenue acceleration through alliances, while building and scaling a structured partner operations engine globally.
This is a global partnership leadership role and is not limited to India channel partnerships. The role requires a robust balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution across global alliance ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy & Growth
Define and execute the channel partnership strategy aligned to Tredence’s growth priorities
Build and scale relationships with:
Microsoft (priority hyperscalers)
AWS, GCP
Data ecosystem partners (Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, etc.)
Identify and incubate emerging partnerships to drive new revenue streams
Hyperscalers Alliance Leadership:
Anchor strategic engagement with Microsoft (co-sell, co-build, co-market motions)




Own and lead strategic partnerships with Microsoft and AWS globally
Drive joint GTM programs including:
Solution accelerators
Marketplace listings
Industry-specific plays
Partner closely with Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and hyperscalers alliance teams
Channel & GTM Execution
Build and operationalize partner-led pipeline generation mechanisms
Enable co-sell motion with hyperscalers, especially for:
GCC (Global Capability Center) opportunities
Enterprise data & AI transformations
Work closely with sales, delivery, and solution teams to convert partnerships into booked revenue

Global Partner Operations:
Support and enable other global partnerships from an operational and governance perspective
Standardize partner reporting frameworks, dashboards, and forecasting
Lead the Growth Partner Operations team based out of India
Drive and manage India GCC-specific partnerships
Support APJ partn
