Role Description The Corporate Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression for visitors, clients, and team members. This role includes managing the front desk, greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and handling general inquiries with a customer-focused approach. The Corporate Receptionist will manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintain visitor logs, coordinate meeting room bookings,



and ensure the reception area is organized and presentable. The role also involves performing basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and coordinating with internal teams for appointments and office support needs.
