About the Role
NUVO AEON Diamond & Jewellery Private Limited is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, designing, and overseeing architectural projects while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, layouts, drawings, and plans.
- Develop conceptual designs and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Review project specifications and construction documentation.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Resolve design-related challenges during project execution.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and design proposals for management and clients.




- Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar architectural software.
- Knowledge of 3 D visualization and rendering tools will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and construction standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
