Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, and design presentations for residential clients. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings,



coordinating FF&E; selections, and ensuring design intent is maintained through implementation. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, conducting site visits, and overseeing quality and timelines during execution. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, participate in client meetings, manage project documentation, and support cost and material estimates aligned with project budgets.
Qualifications
Solid Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
Proficiency in Space Planning and layout development for residential interiors, ensuring efficient use of available area.
Experience creating and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details.
Knowledge of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, spec
