Role : Finance Manager ( Senior Marketplace Reconciliation & Data Analyst)
This is Bengaluru (on-site) | Full time Role
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes marketplace settlements --
NOT category ops, NOT BI dashboards, NOT corporate accounting.
The person who opens a settlement file and spots a short-settlement before their coffee gets cold.
What you'll own:
→ Sales vs settlement reconciliation at Order ID / SKU level
→ Expense reconciliation — commissions, shipping, returns, ad deductions
→ Returns analysis & reconciliation across platforms
→ Claims & recovery — LIT, switcheroo, damaged/missing inventory, reimbursements
→ Inventory reconciliation — purchases, receipts, warehouse variances
→ Receipt reconciliation — payout timelines, missing receipts
→ Dashboards, MIS,



and management reporting across all of the above
You're the right fit if you have:
✅ 5–8 years of hands-on marketplace reconciliation experience
✅ Direct experience with Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Ajio / Nykaa settlement reports
✅ Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP) — non-negotiable
✅ Proven claims recovery and revenue leakage identification
✅ SQL, Power BI / Tableau — strong bonus
This is NOT the role for:
❌ Category / merchandising operations profiles
❌ Corporate AR / O2 C / GL / R2 R accountants without marketplace exposure
❌ BI / dashboard analysts without reconciliation depth
❌ Product managers or finance leaders
