Qualification
: Chartered Accountant (CA
)3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounting
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in compliance with Indian GAAP (IGAAP) and IFRS requirement
Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing (TP) audits, including interactions with Big 4 audit firms and external consultant




Handle direct and indirect tax assessments, notices, and related compliance matter
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial control
Support financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within the R2 R function
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues and drive process efficiencies
Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting principles
Hands-on experience with SAP; exposure to Hyperion and Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be an added advantage
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment will be preferred
