Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce educational programs.
- Answer inbound queries related to courses, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information to help students make informed enrollment decisions.
- Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
- Stay updated on the latest educational programs and offerings.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure prospective students have all necessary information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a admission counselor role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential students.
