Grace International is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Partnerships & Growth to lead our university partnership and student recruitment strategy across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing strategic partnerships with universities, driving recruitment growth across the region, and expanding Grace International's network of recruitment partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our regional growth strategy and strengthening relationships with some of our most important university partners globally.

As Grace continues to expand globally, we are seeking a high-caliber leader who can help drive the next phase of growth across South Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead partnership development with universities and education providers across multiple study destinations.
Develop and execute regional growth strategies for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
Strengthen and expand Grace International's recruitment partner and sub-agent network.
Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements.
Build strong relationships with university stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and student demand to inform strategy.
Work closely with in-country teams to drive student recruitment outcomes.
Represent Grace International at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
