Company is seeking an experienced, driven Head of Commercial to spearhead the go-to-market strategy and execution for our consolidated e-commerce-to-accounting integration and payment gateway platform.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy for our recent consolidated platform, covering e-commerce, accounting integrations, and payment gateway services in the Nordic and international markets
Lead, scale, and mentor the commercial team (sales,



partnerships, customer success)
Own the sales pipeline, lead generation, conversion, and retention initiatives
Define and implement pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to maximize competitiveness and revenue across integration and payment solutions
Identify, pursue, and establish strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, accounting providers, and payment gateway providers (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Nets, Klarna) to expand reach and unlock new revenue channels
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure alignment of product roadmap, platform messaging, and competitive positioning
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors (A2 X, Synder, IEX, Sharespine, Webgility, etc.) to continually adapt strategy and ensure differentiation
Set KPIs and be accountable for sales targets, renewals, and commercial metrics
