We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and persuasive B2 C Senior Sales Executive to handle incoming clients, explain our nutrition and diet plans, and convert prospects into paying customers. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Makes sales pitch to incoming customers and answer their queries. Convert leads into customers.
• Use sales techniques to convince customers to purchase our product/services.
• Manage customer onboarding with information gathering, call scheduling.
• Handle existing customers and answer their queries.
• Applying analytical abilities to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
• Additional management and support responsibilities as the organization grows.
• Maintain a friendly, professional tone that builds trust and confidence.
• Maintain enquiry logs and share daily conversion reports.
