Job Description
· Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Permitting and Licensing modules.
· Hands-on experience with Oracle Permitting and Licensing modules.
· Solid expertise in designing and developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
· Experience building end-to-end permit and licensing business workflows using Oracle Process Automation (OPA)/OIC
· Designed and implemented workflows covering the complete permit lifecycle, including application submission, reviews, inspections, approvals, fee assessment, and permit issuance in OIC/OPA
· Expertise in designing and configuring Decision Models within OPA for fee calculation, business rules and process automation.
· Strong understanding of Oracle permitting, and licensing business processes.
· Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
