What You’ll Own
Lead SEO/AEO strategy end-to-end
Own the full search strategy — from technical audits and site hygiene to content clusters, growth loops, and on-page excellence.
Drive website development & programmatic SEO
Shape site structure, internal linking, speed, schema, and scalability for both human and crawler experience.
Build AI-driven workflows
Design and run AI-first processes using tools like Chat GPT, LLMOps, and data enrichment systems for smarter keyword discovery, clustering, and content mapping.
Run content optimization pipelines
Orchestrate content improvements with internal and external teams (writers, designers, agencies) to ensure every asset is built to rank and convert.
Stay ahead of algorithms & SERPs
Track updates, trends, and SERP shifts, then turn them into experiments, playbooks, and growth opportunities.
Align SEO with core business KPIs




Partner with product marketing, design, and analytics to tie search initiatives directly to signups, activations, and MRR.
Own the SEO analytics stack
Monitor, report, and improve performance using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, Screaming Frog, Surfer, and related platforms.
What You Bring
2+ years of SEO experience
Ideally in B2 B Saa S, with a focus on pipeline and revenue — not just “blogs for backlinks.”
Proven growth track record
Clear examples of taking organic traffic → signups/trials → paid conversions at meaningful scale.
Deep technical SEO skills
Comfortable with sitemaps, schema, log analysis, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, and resolving complex technical issues.
Hands-on with AI & automation
Experience using AI tools and LLM frameworks to streamline keyword research, content ops, and reporting.
Solid foundation in programmatic SEO & architecture
Experience designing scalable landing page
