About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to take ownership of a mission-critical backend platform within the Trevolution travel division at Dyninno Group.
You will lead the technical direction of a high-traffic, distributed backend system that sits at the core of our daily business operations. This is a true end-to-end technical ownership role requiring robust engineering judgment, hands-on expertise, and the ability to guide a team through complex, ambiguous problem spaces.




The ideal candidate combines strong Go engineering skills with experience in scalable distributed systems, a pragmatic engineering mindset, and proven leadership capabilities in growing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex backend systems and integrations with downstream services.
Own the architecture of core backend components, driving decisions around scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Define and govern integration patterns across multiple services in a distributed microservices environment.
Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of high-volume, low-latency systems.
Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Mentor and guide engineers; establish best practices in code quality, testing, observability, and security.
