Join our Legal team as an Associate Director – Commercial Contracting and play a key leadership role in supporting global commercial contracting operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal qualified to lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and provide strategic legal guidance across complex commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop legal teams supporting client and vendor commercial contracts across multiple geographies.
• Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of complex technology, Saa S, licensing, procurement, and professional services agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice on contractual risk, regulatory compliance, and data privacy matters, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with senior business leaders and global legal teams.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, contracting playbooks, and legal transformation initiatives, including AI and digital adoption.




• Serve as an escalation point for complex and high-risk contractual matters.
• Build team capability through coaching, performance management, hiring, and talent development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
✔ LL. B. degree with 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
✔ 5+ years of leadership and people-management experience.
✔ Strong expertise in commercial and technology contracting.
✔ Experience negotiating with major technology vendors and managing complex negotiations.
✔ Sound understanding of privacy and data protection regulations.
✔ Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-border teams.
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
