About the Role
We are looking for a Director – Product to lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution at Pidge.
This is a leadership role responsible for driving product vision, prioritization, and delivery in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong product thinking, customer focus, and execution excellence to build scalable solutions that create meaningful business and customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for key product areas
Translate business goals, customer needs, and operational realities into transparent product priorities
Lead product discovery, user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking.
Build scalable product roadmaps across logistics, commerce, visibility, partner platforms, internal tools, and customer experience.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Revenue, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive product execution.
Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, customer value,



technical feasibility & operational scalability.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to PRD, development, launch, adoption, and post-launch improvement.
Establish strong product processes, rituals, documentation standards, review mechanisms, and execution discipline.
Use data, customer feedback, product metrics, and business outcomes to make informed product decisions.
Drive adoption, usage, retention, efficiency, reliability, and revenue impact through product-led initiatives.
Build and mentor product managers, enabling them to operate with clarity, ownership,and strong product judgment.
Partner with senior leadership to align product strategy with Pidge’s business priorities and growth ambitions
