We are currently looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven professionals to join our Club Membership Fees Department as a Club Membership Fees Executive.

Role Responsibilities
• Interact with club members regarding outstanding membership dues and account-related matters
• Handle payment follow-ups and billing-related queries professionally
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members through excellent customer service
• Work towards achieving monthly collection and recovery targets
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and payment updates
• Resolve member concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth account management processes
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individuals with a target-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in collections, customer service, tele-calling, recovery, sales, or account management pref
