We are looking for empathetic, consultative sales professionals who can understand patient concerns, build trust, and guide patients toward the right treatment plan.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Consultation & Case Taking
Conduct telephonic consultations with patients who have shown interest in our treatments.
Understand the patient's health concerns, symptoms, treatment history, lifestyle factors, and expectations.
Ask relevant probing questions to gather complete case information.
Accurately document patient information and consultation notes in the CRM.
Explain the consultation and treatment process clearly and confidently.
Consultative Sales
Build trust through active listening and empathy.
Understand the patient's motivations, concerns, and treatment goals.
Address objections and concerns professionally.
Recommend suitable treatment plans as per company protocols.
Convert qualified leads into paying patients through ethical and patient-centric sales practices.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
Complete daily call logs and activity reports.
Follow company processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Skills & Competencies Required
