Project Manager – e Commerce Platforms
Location: India (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across a large-scale digital commerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing initiatives on enterprise online storefront platforms.
This role requires a strong blend of Agile leadership, technical aptitude, assertiveness, and clear communication with senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of Project Management experience with at least 3+ years in e Commerce.
Experience managing e Commerce projects (Shopify preferred), strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, experience with distributed teams, and strong communication skills.
Shopify / e Commerce PM experience — Must have managed Shopify or similar e Commerce platform projects (Magento, Big Commerce acceptable but Shopify preferred).
Agile/Scrum leadership — Must have run daily scrums, sprint ceremonies, retros, demos,



with the ability to independently run ceremonies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management — Must be able to produce daily notes, escalate blockers, and communicate with VP-level and executive stakeholders, including executive-level reporting.
Solid technical aptitude — Not a developer, but must understand APIs, integrations, web/mobile basics, QA cycles, regression, code freeze governance and discipline, and ask probing technical questions.
Experience with distributed teams — Must have worked with multi-country teams (India devs, LATAM QA, US business).
Solid, assertive personality — Must enforce code freezes, protect dev time, prevent business from bypassing process, and enforce process and boundaries generally.
