Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate UI/UX Trainer/Mentor who can train, guide, and mentor students aspiring to build careers in UI/UX Design. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex design concepts for learners.
Freshers are strictly not eligible for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on UI/UX Design.
Teach UI Design, UX Design, Design Thinking, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Information Architecture,



and Usability Principles.
Train students on industry-standard tools such as Figma and other relevant design tools.
Conduct hands-on workshops, assignments, and practical sessions.
Mentor students on portfolio creation and case study development.
Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and learning outcomes.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in UI/UX Design principles.
Hands-on experience with Figma.
Knowledge of Design Systems and Responsive Design.
Understanding of User Research and Usability Testing.
Strong wireframing and prototyping skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring abilities.
Ability to explain concepts clearly to students from diverse educational backgrounds.
