Contract Data Modeler (INDIA) – Fully Remote – 6 Months
We’re looking for a senior Data Modeler to join a fast-moving data team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who combines solid modelling fundamentals with a real understanding of business metrics, not just building dashboards, but shaping the data behind them.
What you’ll do
Design and develop dimensional data models to support analytics and reporting
Work within a Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers)
Translate business requirements into scalable data structures
Define and validate business metrics with stakeholders
Support dashboarding and analytics use cases (while staying focused on the underlying data logic)
Collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and usability
What we’re looking for




Senior-level experience in data modelling for analytics platforms
Strong understanding of dimensional modelling (star/snowflake schemas)
Experience working with Medallion/Lakehouse architectures
Ability to work closely with the business to define and structure KPIs
Comfortable supporting BI/reporting, but not purely a dashboard developer
Oracle ERP background highly preferred
