About the Role
Ananta Altitude is seeking a creative, proactive, and growth-oriented Social Media Manager to build and strengthen our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging content, build online communities, and leverage social media to drive brand awareness and business growth.
You will work closely with the founders to shape our content strategy, strengthen our brand positioning, and create meaningful engagement across platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
Write compelling captions, posts, and content that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor social media trends, industry updates, and competitor activities.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help build an active online community.




Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and leadership to execute campaigns and initiatives.
Support employer branding, thought leadership, and lead-generation efforts through social media.
Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.
Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
Ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Robust creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects remotely.
Experience working with B2 B brands, startups, or professional services firms is a plus.
