1. Solid experience working as a dedicated Business Analyst (minimum 4-10 years)
2. Hands-on experience with TM1
3. Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
4. Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis
5. Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and functional documents
6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
7. Knowledge of business process mapping and gap analysis
8. Ability to work closely with finance users and technical teams
