We are hiring – Company Secretary (12–18 Years’ Experience)
JSW Steel Limited, one of India’s leading integrated steel manufacturers and a key part of the diversified JSW Group, is looking to onboard an experienced and high-calibre Company Secretary to strengthen its Secretarial and Corporate Governance function.
This opportunity offers a chance to operate at the core of governance in a large, listed, and globally benchmarked organisation, supporting high-quality board processes and navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
Key Exposure Areas:
- Board and Committee processes, including agenda management, minutes, and governance advisory
- Compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Companies Act, and allied corporate laws
- Corporate governance, disclosures, and regulatory interface
- Participation in strategic corporate initiatives, including transactions, restructuring, and policy implementation
